The fat energy ratio exceeded 30%, and the amount of calcium and iron intake were 73% and 63%, respectively, of recommended dietary allowances. The intake of milk, vegetables and soybean products was small in the group which was remarkably deficient in both calcium and iron. The energy expenditure・ of students who have part-time work was higher and their nutrition was better than the others. The amount of salt in urine, almost equal to the amount of salt intake, was 8g /day on the average, and the reason why it was rather small was not because of healthy eating habits but because of poor ones. It was difficult to estimate the exact amount of salt intake from the food, considering the amount of salt excreted in urine. Key Words : food intake, 24-hour urine, salt intake, energy expenditure, women's college students.}, pages = {21--26}, title = {女子学生の食生活の実態 栄養摂取状況と生活活動、食塩摂取量との関連}, year = {1997}, yomi = {ヤワタ, タキコ and スギハラ, マキ and スギモト, トモミ} }
