We analyzed our results by referring to available knowledge and the social research methods included in the course of study description. Consequently, we clarified the following three points: (1) the general policies regarding the curriculum formulation, in both living environment and social studies, use the same term with different meanings. (2) The concept of \"observation\" is inconsistent in these general policies.
