| 内容記述 | Female students today are often reluctant to engage in training programs designed only to promote their health. To make physical educaiotn programs more attractive to young girls, a questionnaire was devised to find out their thinking on the body, health and sports activities. Their average body mass index was 21.2, and only 10% of the students was classified as "obese". However, their responses revealed an alarming inclination to being excessively underweight together with claims of poor physical constitution. Though young female students do not dislike sports, there are few who regularly participate in sports activities. A number of girls were found to be averse to outdoor activities for cosmetic reasons (a dislike of seating and becoming suntanned). | |||||
